Winter storage requires five months paid up front. After the prepaid months, storage continues month to month at the same monthly rate. Annual shop contracts are a preference for new shop renters, not a requirement for this winter offer. You may prepay more months within the booking page limits; arrange any additional prepayment with Ben directly.

No height limit outdoors. Large spots are about 60 ft long; smaller spots about 25 ft.

Large gravel spots are about 12 by 60 feet. A spot can fit a large RV or several vehicles belonging to one renter. Smaller spots are about 12 by 25 feet for smaller vehicles and boats. Confirm the fit and access with Ben before arrival.
One spot is rented as a whole space; it is not divided among separate renters.

The pole barn is about 27 ft across and holds two rigs side by side, so any road-legal trailer width fits.
Pole barn spaces fit boats and vehicles up to 33 feet long. The layout sometimes allows a little extra length. Keep total height under 10 ft 6 in, including anything on the roof.

14 ft hard height limit; 13 ft 6 in and under clears comfortably, including anything on the roof. Full-size spaces are about 50 ft long and smaller spaces about 25 ft. Smaller car/boat spaces are 10 ft wide.

Yes. Boats on trailers, cars and trailers are welcome outdoors, in the pole barn and in the shop. Measure the whole rig, hitch tip to back bumper, including the tongue. Personal storage only: vehicles and trailers. No business use, no loose items or inventory.
